I am loving the beautiful produce at the moment. Though MY tomato plants are looking somewhat stunted, the tomatoes available elsewhere at the moment are gorgeous (and I am not talking about the mass gm mod produce from the supermarket!).
This is one of my favorites, simple, yummy and healthy dishes ever! Great tomatoes, Basil leaves and bocconcini, sprinkle with sea salt flakes, drizzle with olive oil (or extra virgin) and a little basalimico!
